20 Nigerians to watch World Cup free

The Nigeria Football Supporters Club has concluded arrangement to fly 20 lucky Nigerians to the 2018 World Cup holding in Russia next month.
According to the President General of the club, Dr. Rafiu Ladipo, the lucky Nigerians would be selected through a raffle draw on the first week of June, adding that all they need to do to qualify for a slot is to buy a raffle ticket at a reduced price of N100 at designated sales points.
“The draw was to have held in April, but was postponed to give more Nigerians opportunity to participate in the process. Also, we’ve reduced the ticket price from N200 to N100 as part of our resolve to allow more Nigerians the opportunity to enter for the draw,” he said. Dr Ladipo added that the trip is an all expenses paid, while the winners needed not bother about Russia visa as they would be stamped at the point of entry.
“All a winner needs is a six month valid international passport, while the match tickets serve as FIFA identification card, which allows them enter Russia. We are traveling to Russia June 16 and we want to have the draw on June 1 in Lagos,” he said.
