Please Judge This Matter

PLEASE FRIENDS HELP ME JUDGE THIS.

I met this man Vitalisnewton Ewelike from Mbaise in Ghana, he is our family friend who decided to marry my younger sister, but it didn't work out because my sister don't like him.

Now it happened that this man traveled back to Nigeria, leaving his belongings. When he gets to know that am coming back to Nigeria, he pleaded with me to help him way bill his belongings, after the necessary enquiries I learnt the cost of the way bill is 15,000 naira and they have to take full payment before service.

Moreover this man didn't send me a dime for the way bill, he said "when the things get to Nigeria he will pay and collect his belongs" so I told him that they refused that but because of him I will help bring it back but he will give me 10,000 naira for transporting it back to Nigeria, which he agreed but pleaded he will divide the money and pay gradually, I agreed, just to help a brother.

Now after I have tried to bring back those things which is very heavy, this man switched off his phone, I tried everything possible to reach him but out of coverage area.

So after 3 months, he called and we met, he started giving me excuses that he wedded but couldn't raised money from the wedding and gave me only 2,000 naira. After 6 months he pleaded I should bring his things for him to get some important documents before it spoiled with trust and helpful mind I brought his things back, after then till now he refused picking my call, when I send messages to know the problem, he said I didn't store his things very well, that he will still pay me, when he get the money that IF I WANT O SHOULD SEND HIM TO COURT SINCE I KNOW THE LAW. from 2016 to date this man refused to pay me my balance of 8,000 naira. MY FRIENDS PLEASE IS THIS NOT WICKEDNESS.

NOTE: BETWEEN GOD AND MAN I USED MORE THAN 10,000 NAIRA TO BEING BACK THOSE THINGS, BUT AGREEMENT IS AGREEMENT.
