Plot to remove Chief Hilary Ekeh Imo APC Chair uncovered

Reports reaching DKNaija.com NewsDesk has it that serious clandestine moves have been put in place to remove the Imo State APC Chairman Chief Hilary Ekeh.

We are reliably informed that party officials are being offered huge sums of tax payers money running into tens of millions that would have been used to offset years of pension just so that they can declare the State party Chairman incompetent and move for his removal.

This latest development is coming as moves have been made in the State House of Assembly to impeach the Deputy Governor of Imo State Prince Eze Madumere beginning with the removal of the Majority leader Hon Ogwuike who is believed to be loyal to the Deputy Governor and replacing him with Lugard Osuji.

The plot to remove the State APC Chairman is not unconnected with Saturday's APC Ward Congress which the State chairman announced as peaceful and successful contrary to the Governor's desire to have the congress cancelled.

More drama is expected as move are being set in place for massive cabinet purge. Already some appointees of the government believed to be loyal to the coalition have already been given the boot including Chinagororm Christopher who tried desperately to save his job by declaring open support to Governor Rochas Okorocha and his son-in-law Uche Nwosu but he was still removed having barely stayed five months on the job for which he was owed four months salaries.
